With seven well-equipped and professionally staffed centres and an average of 1,200 learners completing different programmes of study per year, 5E Ltd can be seen as an organisation that is forever on the move and a hive of creative activity.



Train to Gain is a FREE national scheme aimed at helping employers improve their services, employees’ skills and productivity and raise national standards.

21.10.20095E celebrates Beacon Status
An event to mark the celebration of 5E getting the Beacon Status was held on October 19 at Selby Centre. Attended by around 250 people the event was attended by representatives from Jobcentre Plus, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Learning and Skills Council (LSC), Enfield council, London Development Agency (LDA), local councillors, 5E staff and learners. 29.06.20095E comes out top in Volunteers\' Week
Volunteers’ Week ran from 1st to 5th of June. Endorsed by the Home Office, it is a yearly celebration of the hard work of the millions of people across the UK and beyond who regularly contribute their time, energy and skills to society. See www.volunteersweek.org.uk for more information. 5E encourages volunteering as an excellent way to regain confidence in the workplace, to learn new skills or improve old ones, and to gain valuable experience for a more impressive CV.
15.04.2009New Train to Gain Flexibilities
Train to Gain is offering the flexibility of allowing individuals to complete their courses even if they are threatened with or made redundant. Pre-employment support is being offered for the newly redundant to help people refresh their skills when they get into a new job in order to help progression into sustainable employment. Furthermore, individuals who are doing voluntary work for less than 16 hours are now able to enroll on NVQ courses.
