Recorded in March of 2008 in Tokyo, “Tyrants Of The Rising Sun – Live In Japan” is not only a breathtaking live document of the “Rise Of The Tyrant” touring cycle, but also marks ARCH ENEMY’s first internationally available live-album. The 2CD format will be available for the price of a regular CD and the limited 2LP pressing is packaged in alternate gatefold cover artwork. The DVD, the band’s second after “Live Apocalypse”, comes in amazing HD-footage quality with picture format 16:9 (NTSC) and features Dolby Digital 5.1 & 2.0 as well as DTS sound options, brilliantly mixed by acclaimed producer Andy Sneap.
Furthermore the promotional Ecard for “Tyrants Of The Rising Sun – Live Japan” is still available at this location. The Ecard includes live clips of “Nemesis” and “Blood On Your Hands” from the DVD’s main show as well as a snippet from the road movie “The Road To Japan” in the special features section and the promotional video for “I Will Live Again”.
