| NICHOLAS WEBER Executive Chef - Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar Nicholas Weber started his culinary career by accident when he was asked to help plate on the line at the restaurant at Thornton Winery. From that first day in the kitchen, he was hooked, and has been cooking professionally ever since. In 1997, Weber joined Patina Restaurant Group, working first at Pinot Bistro and then assisting with the opening of Pinot Brasserie in Las Vegas. He returned to California in 2003, working first at Catal in the Downtown Disney® District, then as sous chef at Pinot Provence and returning to Catal as Executive Chef. | ![]() |
