| | Chip is Co-Managing Partner of the firm's St. Louis office. He currently provides counsel to a number of publicly and privately-held businesses, assisting on a range of matters including corporate finance, real estate and general corporate matters. Chip has significant experience in real estate-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, new development, leasing and financing of real estate projects. He has prepared and closed numerous acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial/warehouse facilities, mixed used developments, resort condominiums and hotel properties throughout the United States. Chip negotiates leases throughout the United States for several national retailers. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law. He's also listed in Best Lawyers in Missouri and in Best Lawyers in St. Louis. |

Of Note | Chip has recently provided counsel in connection with the financing necessary to take a public company private, including credit financing through a consortium of banks and a sale lease-back transaction involving approximately 45 properties.
