Reset your password by going to our password change form and entering your email address.

Is the entire paper available online?
No. Some stories from the print edition are not posted on the website due to copyright limitations. For example, stories or information originating from Dow Jones, Reuters, AFP and Financial Times are not found on edmontonjournal.com.

What happens if I share my password with others?
Your password may be shared, however the system prevents any password from being used by more than 1 person at a time. If you have given your password to others and cannot login successfully, it may be that someone else has already logged in and is currently viewing the Digital Edition.

Why is my credit card not working?
The following are common reasons why your transaction may be declined:
  • The address you typed in does not match the billing address of your credit card.
  • Invalid information was submitted. Make sure all information, including your credit card number and expiration date, is correct. Make sure your payment type is one of these credit cards: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
  • The credit card number you entered shows excessive usage. Your transaction may be declined if your credit card has been used for multiple Internet transactions on the same day. Try the card again later.

Reprints of photographs taken by Journal photographers or articles written by Journal staff writers can be purchased by calling JournalSearch at (780) 429-5580 or by e-mail at library@edmontonjournal.canwest.com.
