For three and a half months, Janet Street-Porter has been taking on the biggest challenge of her life - hand rearing two veal calves. Her objective was to raise great meat for the F Word kitchen and also change the public's opinion of British veal.

Now, the difficult day has arrived and it's time to say goodbye to her boys, David and Elton.
