We've released the next version of the Featured Content Gallery plugin, version 3.2.0.
** Please note: If you downloaded the new plugin version between 1:30pm and 3pm PST on Monday, March 9th 2009, the repository had problems with the file - please manually upgrade your plugin to the version available now and it will work **
Here are some notes on the new version:

- Updated options page
- Added option to randomize featured post or page IDs
- Added option to dynamically change slide display duration
- Added option to dynamically change slide fade duration
- Added option to dynamically change carousel button name
- Added option to dynamically change number of words displayed in in text overlay
- Added option to choose a slide transition type:

+ Simple Fade
+ Slide Left with Fade
+ Continuous Horizontal
+ Continuous Vertical

We've updated the official WP plugin repository files, so you should be promoted to auto-upgrade soon. The upgrade should go smoothly through the WP auto-update feature. If you're manually upgrading or adding the plugin, ensure you upload the featured-content-gallery folder with the files inside to your plugins folder after you download and unpack.

We've added these options as they were consistent requests from our users. If you'd like to see some additional functionality, let us know here in the forum. We've also made some changes to the MooTools reference calls within our files to try and eliminate some of the jQuery conflicts. This has worked in some cases, and in others there is still a conflict. Make sure you test with the latest version of FCG. Because of this, we cannot say we've fixed the jQuery conflicts, although we've found through testing that some are resolved.
