FUNDraiser 2008 leverages a tight integration with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SQL Reporting Services to effortlessly take fundraising to new levels. Integration with Microsoft Word’s Mail Merge allows users to quickly generate targeted letters and emails. With one mouse click, integration with Excel enables a user to pass the contents of any screen to an Excel spreadsheet or pivot table for further analysis or reporting. FUNDraiser 2008 is a truly scalable solution using Microsoft technologies that are centrally managed and controlled for lower cost of ownership.
Event Management supports event setup and planning, registration and fee payments, group tracking (table sitting, teams, etc), accommodations, and the tracking of attendance and participation. FUNDraiser 2008’s self-service web portal enables constituents to locate and register for events via the web.
The Donor Database lets you import data and leads in bulk, automatically detect and remove duplicate records, and allows customizable views of donor preferences, relationship, and history in order to better understand and customize messages to individual donors.
One of the strengths of FUNDraiser 2008 is its ability to help your organization run more effective marketing campaigns. Using our advanced query tools your donor development team can analyze the rich donor information stored in FUNDraiser 2008 to develop a targeted donor list. Each of your campaign planning tasks and campaign execution steps can be defined, automated and tracked by the system. Personnel can be prompted to place phone calls and perform various tasks. These activities can even be automatically synchronized with their Outlook calendars. Campaigns can include several types of activities, such as email, direct mail, phone and web activities. We also provide a feature called QuickCampaign that allows you to rapidly build ad-hoc campaigns. Once your campaign is in motion FUNDraiser 2008 will track response rates, monitor costs and track related donations in real time. Our Campaign Performance Report provides real-time status and analysis of each of your campaigns.
Does your organization sell or distribute books, DVD’s, apparel or other goods? If the answer is yes, our order processing module will enable your call center personnel to process the order. FUNDraiser will validate the availability from inventory, automatically calculate the price, taxes and shipping costs, and integrate with your GL.
Because no system is an island, FUNDraiser includes a rich integration engine for transferring data to and from your backend financial system. Donations and redistributions are automatically entered into the financial system. If you sell products, inventory, customers, order, and shipment information can also be synchronized to automate the fulfillment process.
To further streamline your operations, we offer a capability that we call Configurable Actions. Using a rich set of business logic you can automatically trigger actions. For example, you can trigger an internal notification when there is a change in an individual's donation pattern. You can define a sequence of activities when a donation is received and vary the actions based upon the size of the donation. You can even trigger a thank you note or birthday greeting.
