Für zwei Tage entführt Hachenburg den Besucher in eine zauberhafte Welt aus Licht und Schatten: Feuershows, brennende Skulpturen, Licht-Jonglage, Walkacts mit Licht- und Feuerperformance, Lichtinstallationen, Schwarzlichttheater, Lightpainting-Fotografie, Livemusik, DJs am Abend und vieles mehr. Die Häuser und Geschäfte der Innenstadt werden in ein ganz neues Licht getaucht. Der urbane Raum wird zum Ausstellungsplatz von visueller Kunst aus Licht und Feuer! Das Publikum kann aktiv am Festival teilnehmen. An Lichtfaktor’s Lightwriting-Station können die Besucher mit Licht an Häuserwände schreiben, malen, kreativ werden und in einem Lichterlabyrinth gilt es den richtigen Weg zu finden. Außerdem wird eine Feuer-Zone für Spontanauftritte geschaffen und Workshops für alle neugierigen Besucher angeboten.
