Follow these steps, and you'll be linking to us in a jiffy:

Read The Rules.
Place a link on your Web site to Variety.com. We prefer to be linked with the phrase "Variety.com - the latest entertainment industry news."

If this is a text link, you're already done. If you want to use a graphic, there are just two more steps:
Tell us about the place you'd like to put the logo via this form.
If we give you permission, you can choose from one of these graphics.

Variety Linking Terms & Conditions
These Linking Terms & Conditions apply to all links to variety.com posted on third party web sites. You do not need prior approval to include a link to Variety.com unless you use a Variety Logo to do so (see Variety Logo Terms & Conditions). You must, however, comply with these simple Linking Terms & Conditions. By posting a link to Variety.com on a web site you agree to comply with these Linking Terms Conditions. If you do not agree to these Linking Terms & Conditions, do not link to Variety.com from your web site.
You may link to any page on Variety.com; however if you link to any page other than the home page, you agree as follows:
Variety.com is a fee-based service. If you link to content that is not in a "free" area of the web site, the end user will be required to sign in prior to accessing that content. We recommend including a "subscription required" statement as part of these links.

Site Owner reserves the right to require you to discontinue all or any links maintained by you at any time. In such event, you must immediately remove the link(s) from your web site.
You acknowledge that Site Owner disclaims all express and implied warranties regarding Variety.com and its contents, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or that arise from course of dealing, and agree that in no event shall Site Owner be liable to you under any theory of liability including for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages based upon or relating to your linking to Variety.com.
These Linking Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. The venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be in New York, New York.
Variety Logo Terms & Conditions
These Logo Terms and Conditions do not grant any permission to use a Variety Logo. You ("Licensee") may only post a Variety Logo on your web site if you have received written approval from Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. ("Site Owner") and then only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Your use of the Variety Logo is limited to the express permission granted, and subject to all limitations contained in such permission. Use of the Variety Logo in a manner not contemplated by the permission requires a separate approval. If the permission is for a specified period, use must terminate at the end of that period unless further express, written permission is granted. We may revoke your permission at any time for any or no reason. If you receive notice of revocation, you must immediately remove the Variety Logo from your web site.
All uses of the Variety Logo must comply with all usage guidelines we may post on this web site from time to time, and must be accompanied by the following trademark notice: "Variety is a registered trademark of Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. Used with permission." Licensee shall not remove or alter any trademark or service mark designation (i.e., "SM", "TM" or "r") provided as part of the Variety Logo.
The Variety Logo must appear separate and distinct from all other visual elements of your web site so as not to imply that Site Owner is the source of or endorses any of the materials on or offered on your web site. At a minimum, there must be at least 5 pixels of "white space" between the Variety Logo and other visual elements. The only exception to this is a textual description of the Variety.com content to which you are linking, which may accompany the Variety Logo. The Variety Logo must not appear as the most prominent branding of a web page or in any way that implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Nothing herein grants any right, title or interest in or to a Variety Logo. Licensee's use of the Variety Logo, and all goodwill associated therewith, shall inure to the sole benefit of Site Owner.
Variety Logos are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, and Site Owner hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or that arise from course of dealing. Licensee's use of the Variety Logos is at Licensee's sole risk, and in no event shall Site Owner be liable to you under any theory of liability including for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages based upon or relating to the use of the Variety Logos.
