My name is Nicholas Gerda and I am an accredited Wikinews journalist in Santa Ana, California. I helped get the Audio Wikinews project off the ground, and I am currently working on both the WikiNews Network project and Wikinews World Report. I have been an administrator for Wikinews since June 4, and since I started writing for Wikinews in May, I've made over 6,869 edits. I just started college in August, and classes are going well. I am making an attempt at revising the Main Page and portal system so we can eventually have meaningful content pages for specific geographic regions and topics. Select ContributionsHere is a selection of articles I wrote that I'm most proud of. Articles in bold are events I attended and submitted original reporting for. A full list of my contributions can be found here.
Exceptional Audio WorkThese are a few audio pieces from Audio Wikinews I feel are exemplary examples of audio journalism. StudioAwards cabinet
