During his visit to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, the Deputy Secretary General of NATO will have bilateral talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel Avigdor Liberman, the Chairman and members of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee of the Knesset, the Deputy Minister of Defense Matan Vilnai, the Head of the National Security Council of Israel Dr.Uzi Arad and other government officials.
Individual Cooperation Programmes allow interested Mediterranean Dialogue countries and NATO to frame their cooperation in a more prospective and focused way. This enables interested countries to outline the main short and long term objectives of their cooperation with the Alliance, in accordance with NATO's objectives and policies for the Mediterranean Dialogue.
