Law enforcement officials have been called to the couple's abode on numerous occasions over furious complaints of disruption.
Police have now threatened Paris - described by one angry neighbour as "a monster" - and Doug with "tickets and arrests" if anyone at their house breaks the law again, claims the TMZ website.
Residents in the upmarket neighbourhood have alerted the LAPD, the LA City Attorney and the LA City Council to the couple's all-night partying and rowing.
Apparently, cops paid the home a visit yesterday for a gentle chat with the couple, but neither Paris nor Doug were there.
Presumably the officers checked all the wardrobes...
