for one thing never say you are not pretty.believe in yourself.try talking to him or use the old drop the books trick and get to know him.

Pretty = genuine smile + interest & respect for a guy
Smile at him
Ask him his opinions on things
Ask him for help on things (but don’t be clueless)
Relax and get to know him with questions
The best advice I can give you is CONFIDENCE. I myself am a very shy and quiet person and it has definitely made things challenging throughout my life. If you can just be confident (or even just pretend your confident) it will go a long way. I know that it may sound silly and might not be your quick fix answer, but really it is! lol There’s really no way to MAKE him like you but I promise if you approach him with confidence and just say ‘hey’ or ask him a question about your class or anything it will surprise him that you had the courage to approach him. It may not create sparks between you at first but it will open the door up to friendship…plus once you talk to him you can feel him out as to whether or not he’s even as great as you thought. For all you know he could be a complete jerk or the sweetest guy on earth. Babe all you gotta do is just go for it! be optimistic and just remember that he’s just a person like you. You’ve got to take control and if you do get rejected dont let it get you down. Be proud of yourself for trying and look at it as a practice run for the next hunk u set your eyes on. I’m rooting for you so good luck!

Sounds simple enough. I think I can do that. I’d never pretend to be clueless and for this guy, it would disgust him.

Sounds kind of manipulative, but I think I will try the ‘drop the books’ trick. Ha.
And, trust me, I’m not pretty. Not ugly, but definitely not pretty.

How do I get this guy to like me, let alone notice me.
There’s this guy at school. I like him. He’s okay looking, kin, sincere, funny, intelligent… and I don’t know… I just like him. But, I don’t really know him. I have two classes with him and all, but we don’t really talk. I was wondering what I should do or say to get his attention or to even befriend him.

just say “hi” in passing to him, it might get him interested to talk to you..
the only way this will work is if your confident :)

i so agree :) just be confident when you see him talking to a group of peopl just start talking to them then it will help to make it easier to talk him alone. Bring up hobbies or school stuff.
maybe try and sit close to him in class to start up a conversation?
or just smile lol
that usually makes me wanna talk to the person :)

This one is a bit harder as we are not friends with the same people. But, it’s something to keep in mind. Thanks.
well his friends or your friends won’t play a big role here. It’s gotta be you
you have to get over your shyness to a level where you can look him in the eye and smile.
eye contact, confidence and a smile is all you need :)

don’t hurry it, and of course don’t make it too obvious :)
smile whenever you see him and do try to start up a few conversations.
