*E-Reader Drawing Rules: Only paid membership renewals for the 2010 membership year received by 15 May 2010 will be considered for this drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail. The drawing will take place on 19 May 2010. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The odds of winning are determined by the number of membership renewals received by 15 May 2010. Five (5) prizes will be awarded (as permitted by law) in the form of an electronic reading (e-reader) device. Winners, upon notification, may select the e-reader model of their choice, up to a maximum value of US$400. No prize substitutions will be allowed. Prize has no cash value. This drawing is open to existing IEEE members (that have at least 1 year of service) who renew their membership for the 2010 membership year. IEEE staff, IEEE affiliates, members of the IEEE Board of Directors, or members of the Standing Committees of the Board are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
