The openSUSE Project is pleased to announce the release of openSUSE 11.2. openSUSE 11.2 includes new versions of GNOME, KDE, OpenOffice.org, Firefox, the Linux kernel, and many, many more updates and improvements. Reminder: Call for Candidates closes November 23rd
The openSUSE Board elections are fast approaching. The next deadline is on Monday, November 23rd. If you're an openSUSE Member interested in running for the election, you must declare candidacy by November 23rd. If you are not yet an openSUSE member but want to vote in the election, you must apply for membership by November 23rd. Membership in the openSUSE Project is open to all who've made a continued and substantial contribution to the project.
If you want to help participate in the governance of the openSUSE Project, now's your chance -- but don't delay! The deadline is less than a week away!
