Bret Baier's first one-on-one with President Obama was a ratings hit for Fox News.

The interview, which has become known for Baier's repeated interruptions of Obama, helped "Special Report" draw 2.907 million total viewers, the 8th highest total since Baier joined the program in January 2009 (per TVNewser).

"Special Report" dominated the competition, drawing more viewers than MSNBC's "The Ed Show" (537,000), CNN's "Situation Room" (420,000), and HLN's "Prime News" (224,000) combined. It also drew the second-highest audience of the night, behind only "The O'Reilly Factor" (3.650 million total viewers).
