Lawyers for Forests Inc v Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts
This case note relates to the recent decision of the Federal Court, reviewing a previous decision made under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. This decision has implications beyond the scope of that Act. In particular, the decision provides guidance in relation to the kinds of conditions that may validly be imposed under other environmental and planning legislation.
