A trough edging east is bringing a cooler change and some rain to NSW and western and southern QLD. Very warm, gusty northwesterly winds are blowing in northeastern NSW and southeast QLD ahead of the trough. A high is clearing VIC, SA and WA as strong westerlies affect TAS.
