"Edit Summary": Allows you to provide a brief summary of the changes you've made. Filling in this helps people who view a page's edit history to see easily what changes you've made. See Help:Edit Summary for more information.

"This is a minor edit": Checking this box signifies that the edit is minor, and only makes superficial differences, such as correcting spelling mistakes. This box is unavailable for users who are not logged in. See Help:Minor edit for more information.

"Watch this page": This allows a user who is logged in, to watch a page for changes. The latest change made to a page will be viewable on that user's Watchlist. See Help:Watching pages for more information.
