“Employers have more to do to bridge the gap between the classroom and the world of work if British business is to find the talent, creativity and skills needed for our future.
“Many companies already offer work experience, but it's now more important than ever for young people’s first taste of work to be as relevant, meaningful and inspiring as possible.”
Sir Stuart Rose, Chairman of Business in the Community
Welcome to Work Inspiration - a UK wide, employer-led campaign to transform work experience into Work Inspiration. This first experience of the world of work can have a profound effect on young people - for better or worse, and employers of all sizes and sectors, public and private, are determined to improve both the quality and quantity of our offer, making the time a young person spends in the workplace as relevant, meaningful and inspiring for both the young person and our employees who host them.
JOIN US TODAY by clicking HERE and be a Work Inspiration Employer.
